Say it out loud, the way you'd tell it at the kitchen table, or type it if you'd rather. Your own recording is kept exactly as you made it and is never changed.

Bring a photo in from your phone, or take one of an old print. Then tell the story behind it. The photo you added stays exactly as it was.

Choose one memory and choose one person. They can add how they remember it, in their own voice, without changing a word of yours.

Private, unless you say otherwise
Everything you record is private to you by default. Nothing is public, nothing is shared with anyone until you choose one memory and one person to share it with, and your original recordings and photos are never altered or replaced. Your stories are yours.
